Order processing and shipping

Please note we are only able to ship to UK addresses.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders £60 and above. For orders less than £60, delivery is charged at £6.75. Delivery charges are shown during our checkout process.

We use Royal Mail for delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be sent the next working day.

Once despatched, please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Please note that once orders are passed on to the courier these are their responsibility and there may occasionally be delays and disruptions outside our control. Our courier will send tracking details upon receipt of the parcel which may allow you to update your delivery preferences.

On occasion there may be reason for us to operate outside of these target timelines. Where this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed.

UK Highlands and Islands Delivery

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are free on orders over £60. For orders less than £60, delivery is charged at £12.75.

Click and Collect

Customers have the option of Click and Collect for all orders from the distillery (RH5 4PT). This option will be available during the checkout process after you enter your address. This service is offered free of charge.

Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed on the same day, orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order has been ‘Shipped’ before visiting the distillery to collect. Please ensure that your email address is correct on your order to receive these notifications and for collection.

You have seven days from the date your order is marked as ‘Shipped’ and an email notification has been sent to you to collect your order from our distillery. Please bring Photo ID and Proof of Purchase with you to show our team in order to release your order. Orders can only be released to customer over the age of 18 – please bring proof of age with you in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy.
